A New Home for CEDA in 2018!

In early 2018, CEDA is moving to the new Merchants Corner at 541 Selkirk Avenue! Starting after the upcoming winter break, all CEDA offices and programming will be held at this brand-new building located on Selkirk Avenue at Andrews Street. This beautiful new space is going to be shared with the University of Winnipeg’s Urban and Inner-City Studies department and features a community café where CEDA Pathways students will eat dinner, a community space for ceremonies and gatherings, and three large classrooms for programming.

Merchants Corner is being redeveloped in partnership with many community partners and stakeholders: a community steering group made up of members from local organizations including North End Community Renewal Corporation, University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation, University of Winnipeg Urban and Inner-City Studies Department, and CEDA; Mistecture: Architecture & Interiors; Manitoba Housing; and many others.
